To ensure they maintain a uniqueness that adds value for years to come, all of 5ing goods are given thoughtful attention to conditions that provide legacies of use.

All orders are processed for shipping within 2 business days.  We ship with FedEx or USPS and will provide tracking notification when possible. If you have any special time schedule scenarios or delivery instructions, please email:


All new and unused products purchased at our brick and mortar store are available for exchange or store credit refund only.  5ing must be notified of the return within 7 days. 
All items purchased online are available for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.  In order to receive refund authorization, 5ing must be notified within 3 business days. 
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. 
If returning, Tracking & Insurance is recommended as a refund will not be granted unless the new/un-used item is returned to our brick and mortar store in equal condition as when it was delivered. We will not claim responsibility for items that have been returned without being notified or if they were lost while return-shipped.
